This Policy applies to all interactions with the Service, including browsing our website, creating an account, uploading reference images, generating content, and using our AI-powered features such as image-to-image generation and story creation. This Policy does not extend to third-party websites, products, or services linked to or integrated with the Service. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Service.

4. User Content, Ownership, and AI Model Training
You retain all rights and ownership to the content you upload and the content generated through your use of the Service. By using KokoroLab, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, reproduce, and handle your content solely to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
By default, we may use your content — including uploaded images, prompts, and AI-generated outputs — to train, fine-tune, and evaluate our AI models. You may opt out of AI training at any time by contacting us. Following receipt of a valid opt-out request, content subsequently associated with your account will no longer be used for model training. Upon request, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to exclude previously stored content from future training runs. An opt-out does not affect the lawfulness of model training completed prior to your request.

We may share Personal Data only in the following limited circumstances: (i) with trusted third-party service providers who assist us with cloud hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, analytics, or security, subject to confidentiality obligations and only to the extent necessary for those services; (ii) when required by applicable law, valid legal process, court order, or enforceable governmental request; (iii) when necessary to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, or physical harm; and (iv) in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case Personal Data may be transferred to a successor entity subject to equivalent data protection commitments.

The Service operates globally. The Service may contain links or integrations to third-party platforms, including payment processors, authentication providers, and social platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or data handling of any third party. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing them with your information.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
